Start of application phase for mentoring program

Clausthal University of Technology's successful WiMINToringmentoring program for young female scientists is starting a new round in January 2025. The program offers a group of 10 motivated participants the unique opportunity to advance their professional and personal development in a targeted manner. With experienced mentors from science and industry at their side, the mentees receive valuable insights and individual support on their career path. The varied program includes workshops, networking evenings, career coaching, visits to career fairs and regular mentoring discussions - all designed to provide participants with optimal support and guidance.
