WiMINToring mentoring program for female Master's students

Mentoring has been established for many years as an important instrument for promoting the careers of women. TU Clausthal has been running the successful WiMINToringmentoring program for female Master's students and early career researchers since 2019. The next round of this mentoring program will start in the summer semester of 2026.

The program runs with a group of max. 15 female students who are assigned a mentor from academia or industry who is already established in professional life. The mentors will support you with their experience and accompany you in your personal development. The focus of this program is on the transition from studying to working life. Our mentoring program also includes workshops to strengthen your personal skills, networking evenings, career coaching sessions and an excursion to a career fair.
