Recruitment procedure by an equal opportunities officer:
- Please send your request for support during the application process to the Equal Opportunities Office (e-mail: gleichstellungsbuero@tu-clausthal.de; contact person: Annett Panterodt, phone +495323 72-3106)
- Please involve the Equal Opportunities Office when making an appointment.
- The person responsible for the procedure Equal Opportunities Officer will give you feedback (feedback from Annett Panterodt if none of the Equal Opportunities Officers can accompany the procedure).
- From this point on, you will communicate directly with the Equal Opportunities Officer responsible.
- All documents: job advertisement, applications, synopsis, any pre-selection notice must be submitted in full to the Equal Opportunities Officer (provided via Cryptshare).
The Equal Opportunities Officer is not a member of the selection committee (she has no voting rights); she accompanies the procedure and ensures equal treatment of the candidates (she has a right of veto); the selection decision must be supported by the Equal Opportunities Officer; a possible selection note should then be sent for information.
