Equality with all its facets: equal opportunities, diversity and family friendliness is a cross-cutting issue of strategic university development. It can be found in all areas of TU Clausthal: research and teaching as well as organizational and personnel development.

The Equal Opportunities Office is the office of the Equal Opportunities Officer. In addition to the Family Service, the Equal Opportunities Office is also responsible for diversity management.
