Measures to empower the "Women&Science TU Clausthal" network were applied for. A positive funding decision has been received and Clausthal University of Technology has been funded with almost 30,000 euros. After an intensive consultation and idea-finding phase, it was decided that Clausthal University of Technology would participate in this call. The application in this procedure is in two stages and in the first stage, a project outline entitled "Empowerment of female STEM students for future management tasks" (MINTproWomen) was prepared with the participation of various institutes in the field of computer science and process engineering and submitted to the project sponsor. We would like to thank everyone who supported us for their commitment and contributions.

The coordinator, Ms. Wiemker, is currently conducting intensive advertising (not only for the Nds-Technikum, but also for other TU Clausthal programs aimed at students) at (virtual) trade fairs and in schools. It should be emphasized here that Ms. Wiemker has established contact with our cooperation schools and maintains this contact intensively. We are also very committed to recruiting new cooperation companies.

The taster course for schoolgirls was conceived in 1996 by the Equal Opportunities Office at Clausthal University of Technology. The aim of this measure is to introduce girls to the STEM degree programs at Clausthal University of Technology and to support them in their decision to study STEM. The one-week program was supported by many institutes at Clausthal University of Technology, including the Institute of Mechanical Engineering, the Institute of Electrical Power Engineering and Energy Systems, the Institute of Mining and the Institute of Inorganic Chemistry as well as the Sports Institute and the University Library. In addition to lectures and internships, the girls took part in sports and leisure activities. The offers and organization were well received by the participants. The Equal Opportunities Office would like to thank all supporters who helped so actively with the taster course. We look forward to having many institutes from TU Clausthal taking part again next year.

Unfortunately, this offer was canceled due to the tightening of the Corona measures.
- The Family Service's annual Christmas campaign is taking place this year in the form of a craft activity. The TU employees have made window pictures with their children (or without) and sent them to the Family Service. In about a week's time, the windows in the foyer of the main building overlooking Adolph-Roemer-Str. will be decorated with the aim of bringing a little joy and Christmas cheer to our employees as well as the citizens of our city. Both of our large day care centers are taking part in the campaign.
- As part of the "Family in the University" association, of which TU Clausthal has been a member since 2014, the Family Service is involved in the "Communication Working Group" and is actively working on the development of the new homepage, which will go live in January. Cooperation is expressly desired by the association: all participating universities are required to cooperate by signing the charter.
