Mentoring is a proven and effective instrument of modern personnel development and is also often used in gender equality work.

Mentoring is based on the informal transfer of experience and knowledge and on the individual support of a junior employee (mentee) by a proven and professionally experienced personality (mentor). Mentoring supports professional and personal development.

The mentors support the mentees in their professional self-discovery process, advise them on career planning and provide constructive feedback on their performance and skills. They explain unwritten "rules of the game" and facilitate access to career-relevant networks. Mentors support and accompany mentees in their further development for a certain period of time.

Mentoring is a process that focuses on the protected relationship between mentor and mentee. The mentoring process is enhanced by various offers for the further development of personal skills, career planning and networking. Our framework program offers all of this.
