Mentoring has been established for many years as an important instrument for promoting the careers of women. Since 2019, TU Clausthal has been running a successful mentoring program (WiMINToring) for young female scientists. has been running. Now, female students on Master's degree courses in particular are to be given the same opportunity to start this mentoring program, which focuses on career entry. The program includes workshops to strengthen personal skills, networking evenings, career coaching and excursions to career fairs.
